This image was captured using an extended exposure on a tripod from the parking lot outside of FSU film school. The blurring is a result of the movement of the moon during a...3 second exposure (?). I can't remember the exact timing I wanted to juxtapose the sharp focus of the trees with the ephemeral presence of the moon and clouds. At various time throughout the year, the trees in this area are dripping in Spanish Moss. The sodium vapor street lights (just outside of the frame) added that strange coloring to the tree limbs (enhanced in photoshop), providing a unique contrast to the color pallete of the moonlit sky.
